[About Numata BASE LLC.]
Our corporate philosophy is to “make the world more interesting. We are working to eliminate barriers such as age, gender, nationality, disability, hobbies, LGBT, etc., in order to eliminate the “difficulty of living” for all people. As a first step, I chose to work in the social welfare industry, where I can support people to live their own lives regardless of their disabilities. I plan to continue developing projects to solve the depopulation and labor shortage in rural areas. I need many understanding people and accomplices for this activity. New things tend to be viewed with criticism and colored glasses, but we are determined to overturn those prejudices and stereotypes.
